If an event is canceled, any claims for refunds or compensation are handled exclusively through the ticket provider.
Further claims against SCAD are excluded unless otherwise required by law.
SCAD shall be liable without limitation in cases of:
• Intentional misconduct • Gross negligence • Injury to life, body, or health
In cases of slight negligence, SCAD shall only be liable for the breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations), limited to foreseeable damages typical of the contract.
Any further liability is excluded.
This limitation does not apply where liability is mandatory under statutory provisions.
